NBB chose HBC as a construction unit for the bid package of City Gate Towers
NBB has officially chosen Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) as a Construction unit for the package of City Gate Towers: Foundation, Basement, Frame and Completion.
After releasing the bidding documents, there are many leading construction companies nationwide have actively participated in the bid (inc. Cotec Group; Construction Joint Stock Co. No. 1; HBC and The Investment & Construction Development Corporation). After the process of reviewing and assessing all resumes, Hung Thanh Construction - Commercial - Manufacturing Ltd. (a member of NBB) has decided to choose HBC to implement the package worth 650bn VND within 840 days since construction date (expected in November 2011).
Morning 01/11/2011, HBC and Hung Thanh Co. Ltd. held a meeting in order to negotiate the construction contract and implement next stages of the package.
